I am twenty-nine years old and I just found out (via radio newscast) that crack and cocaine are the same thing.I suppose this information neither helps nor hinders me in any way, but sometimes my level of naivety surprises even myself.
Wait...they are? I thought crack was the poor man's coke. I'd google that, but I'm pretty sure all the info would be blocked on my work computer and then I'd be immediately escorted to do a drug test.
Crack is a kind of cocaine (crack-cocaine) but it is not as pure as regular coke and is much more addictive; also causes violent withdrawal symptoms, which are not prevalent in regular cocaine.
